This will be the second year in a row that Coach Rich Hammons has helped guide his Tennis Teams to the TTCA State Tournament. Read moreSenior Blake Crowley of Wellman-Union ISD will be heading back to state to compete in the Texas High School Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) on April 24th - 25th in San Marcos, Texas. This is Crowley's third time in as many years to go to state. Crowley showed off his art skills at the regional VASE competition at Plainview High School and advanced to state with his art piece entitled “Identity Crisis”. “This art piece demonstrates when somebody over thinks a situation, when you don’t need to.” said Crowley, who used all acrylic paints on a stretched canvas for his art piece.
