AUSTIN — The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) will be launching the longawaited Monarch Butterfly conservation license plate on June 21 that will raise money to help conserve monarch butterflies and other native Texas, non-game, at-risk species.

She is currently District Counselor for Ralls ISD. Lester is a 2013 graduate of Abernathy High School and a 2020 graduate of Texas Tech University. He is currently employed by TriPoint Substation Services of Lubbock. Following the wedding they will make their home in Lubbock.
