Read moreFirst responders were called to the scene of a two vehicle wreck Friday morning around 8 a.m., when the driver of a Chrysler PT Cruiser struck the back of a semi truck heading southbound on Hwy 62/82. The Terry County Sheriff’s deputies, along with DPS and the Meadow Fire Department were on scene. According to officers, the driver of the PT Cruiser fell asleep at the wheel. The driver and both passengers, out of Lovington, NM were uninjured. The driver of the semi truck also reported no injuries. Citations were given to the driver of the PT Cruiser.
