Ministry and lawn care can go hand in hand if a person is willing to do so. Just ask Christopher, 13; Ellie, 10; Jackson, 9 and Katie, 7 of Meadow. A couple of years ago Amy Breedlove, the mother of the four mentioned, saw a ministry type program on Facebook called Raising Men Lawn Care Service (RMLCS). Founder of RMLCS, Rodney Smith out of Huntsville, Alabama began this program which is designed to promote awareness for the youth of the future. It is a non-profit organization where the young citizens of a town or city can give back to the community. The kids and teenagers get the chance to offer services such as mowing lawns, shoveling snow, raking leaves and more, free of charge. The youth that work with RMLCS can expect to experience a great sense of achievement while also developing their social skills and lawn care experience.
