Brownfield Police Officer Arrested Again

Press Release - On August 14, 2023, Randi Rogers turned herself in at the Terry County Jail in reference to five active warrants for her arrest. The charges were as follows: four counts of False Statement to a Police Officer and one count of official oppression. These charges are all related to the same incident that occurred at the CEFCO convenience store on June 22, 2023, and were presented to the grand jury on August 3, 2023. The misdemeanor warrants listed above where not signed yet when Ms. Rogers turned herself in on August 7, 2023.
