He was in state at Brownfield Funeral Home for public viewing on Friday, September 24, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Frank passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 in Plainview. He was born December 4, 1932 in Gomez to Frank (Buck) and Ella Maurine Condra. Frank graduated from Ropesville High School. He married Margorie Yvonne Charter in Lubbock on May 23, 1969. He was always known for his smile and humor. Frank never met a stranger, and never let the opportunity to joke with someone pass him by. Frank loved his grandchildren very much; they were his pride and joy. He was very proud of their accomplishments and bragged about them with every opportunity. Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Margorie Yvonne Condra, and his parents, Frank and Ella Condra. Frank is survived by his four children, Vicki Stark and husband, Chris, Debbie Condra, Carl Condra, and Tim Condra; three grandchildren Justin Stark and wife Nicole, SammiJo McLain and husband, Shane, Jessi Schur and husband, Layton; four great grandchildren, Doc, Gracie, Kylee, and Wyatt; sister, Patsy Keller; and brother, Jack Condra.

Visitation at Brownfield Funeral Home will be from 2-5 pm Thursday, September 16. A rosary will follow at 6 p.m. on Thursday. The family has asked that all guests wear masks. Lori Jean McCullough was born on February 10, 1963 to Clyde and Glenda McCullough in Brownfield, Texas. She was the youngest of three children. Lori married her high school sweetheart Guadalupe Mendez on August 13, 1979. They spent the next 42 years together raising a family and making memories. Throughout her life, Lori worked at many places around Brownfield including Dairy Queen, Continental Credit, Walmart and United. She enjoyed spending time with her family- especially her grandchildren. Lori always had a smile to share and a silly song to sing. Lori is survived by her husband, Guadalupe Mendez of Brownfield; mother, Glenda McCullough of Brownfield; children, Jacob Mendez (Amanda) of Brownfield, Jayson Mendez (Megan) of Wolfforth, and Lynzi Mireles (Joe) of Brownfield; adopted children, Jacinto and Clarissa; grandchildren, Olivia, Elizabeth, Alazeah, Dagen, Seth, Hannah, Jace, Cole, Ava, Eevee, Gabby, Avan and other adopted grandchildren; and great-grandchild Isaac. Lori is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Lewis McCullough, and brother, Jimmy Wayne McCullough. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Lori’s name to The Cancer Foundation.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Lydia Mata and husband Alfred; son, Ruben Medina and wife Elma; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer McGowan, Gabbie Hernandez, Henry Hernandez, Lorezo Mata, Ruben Medina, Jr., Marcie Medina and Johnny Medina; great-grandchildren, Logan McGowan, Alyssa McGowan, Ivette Mata, Kylee Mata, Addison Hernandez and Olivia Hernandez; siblings, Manuel Loya, Jr., Mary Rodriguez, Lydia Font, Olivia Bell and Beatrice Cantu; and a friend, Billy Peacock.
