Head Start Awareness Month

The South Plains Community Action Agency, or SPCAA, is celebrating Head StartAwareness Month this October. The group is excited for the opportunity to remind the public of its services and how it builds community connections across the South Plains. Earlier last week, Terry County Judge Tony Serbantez stopped by the Head Start center in Brownfield to join SPCAA for a poster coloring session with some of the children as part of the celebrations.
