The Brownfield Lions Club recently joined other clubs from District 2T2 in cooperating with the Lions Club International Foundation and the Texas Lions Foundation to provide funding for a new shuttle bus, which replaces smaller outdated vans and features seating for 13 passengers plus two wheelchair-accessible seating areas. The bus is ADA-compliant and features a fully automatic wheelchair lift. This will allow handicapped members of families housing in the Ronald McDonald House to visit their children or grandchildren.
