Just over five months after a Terry County grand jury indicted him on a rape charge there, Garza is accused of raping a Canyon woman. Following the alleged incident on Sept. 20, 2021, Canyon police arrested Garza on a second-degree felony charge of sexual assault on Oct. 8, 2021. A woman reported the alleged assault to the Canyon Police Department on Oct. 6, 2021.
