Spirit of the Plains receives Division II at UIL contest

Family and fiends of the Spirit of the Plains Marching Band watch the band perform their contest piece Saturday evening at the UIL Region 16 marching band contest at Lowrey Field at Plains Capital Park in Lubbock.
