The Brownfield City Council met Thursday morning for their regularly scheduled meeting to discuss several items on the agenda. Council members Kelli Mendez, J.C. Tijerina, Celso Duran, Leon Pope, Marshall Martell, Mark Williams and Jimmy Garza were all present on the quorum, along with City Manager Jeff Davis, City Secretary Kelly Burris, City Attorney Matt Wade and Mayor Tom Hesse.

The Cubs finished in 12th place with a total of zero points and the Lady Cubs finished in eighth place with a total of seven points.
