Born on March 7, 1954, in Brownfield, Freida was a devoted wife, mother, and Granny. Always full of joy and with a contagious laugh, she had a unique ability to bring light to every room she entered. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone she met, and she was loved dearly by all who knew her. Freida’s love for her family was unwavering. She was a loving wife to her husband, John, for 52 years, and cherished her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Freida took great joy in watching her family grow and thrive, and she always made sure that her home was a place of love and laughter.

Michael Terry Lowrance

Michael Terry Lowrance passed away on March 29, 2025 in Midlothianat 72 years and 8 months of age. Mike was born July 26, 1952 in Levelland to C.R. Lowrance and Wilma Lowrance. When Mike was two years old the family moved to Brownfield. Mike went to school in Brownfield and graduated from Brownfield High School in 1970. He then went to South Plains College in Levelland. In 1971 Mike joined the U.S. Army and proudly served in Germany from 1971 to 1974. After he was released from the Army, he moved back to Lubbock where he met Linda Messall and they got married on October 26, 1974.
