We mourn the loss but celebrate the life of Mario Galindo Luna, who passed away peacefully on May 8, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas. Born on January 31, 1954, in Sonora, Texas, Mario was the son of Alberto and Dora Luna. Maria Louisa Luna was his loving wife who preceded him in death.

Read moreI can’t smell anything at all, not even a little. I’m completely nose blind. For some reason when people find out I can’t smell they freak out. They either think it’s the coolest thing ever and I’m the luckiest girl in the world, or the complete opposite. Either way, they always have so much to ask. And to answer your very first question- no, I did not have Covid, I was born without a sense of smell, as simple as that. I honestly don’t really know how much it’s affected my life because I could never smell in the first place. I’m grateful that if I had to lose any of my senses- it was smell. I appreciate that I can still listen to music and watch pretty sunsets.
