Ermenia Guzman Garcia

LOOP, TEXAS…….Graveside Services for Ermenia Guzman Garcia, 77, of Loop, Texas will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2021 in the Loop Cemetery with Father Jose De Dios Gonzalez officiating, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves. Ermenia passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 in Brownfield, Texas. She was born May 16, 1943 in Cleto, Texas to Jose and Guadalupe Lemos Guzman. She married Eliazar Garcia on July 26, 1963 in Brownfield, Texas. Ermenia was employed for thirty-five years with Loop ISD as a Cafeteria Superintendent, and a member of the St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Ermenia was preceded in death by her husband on January 2017; a son Eliazar Jr. on March 2015; three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her two daughters Elma Espinoza and her husband Richard of Denver City, Esther Castaneda and her husband Oscar of Brownfield; a sister Delia Martinez of Helena, Texas; a brother Jesse Guzman and his wife Maria of Geronimo, Texas; four grandchildren Adam Espinoza and his wife Elizabeth, Cecilia Reyna and her husband Nic, Valerie Castaneda, Tabitha Castaneda; along with seven great grandchildren.
