Mark Joel Donaldson

Mark Joel Donaldson, 61, of Odessa, TX, passed away on August 6, 2018. Mark was born in Antlers, Oklahoma, on December 16, 1956. He graduated from Odessa High School. Mark worked as a Senior Safety Supervisor for Apache for eleven years, preceded by employment at Occidental Petroleum for a number of years. He enjoyed camping, woodworking, and house remodeling. He also had interests in baking, vehicles, the Dallas Cowboys, and was an active member of the NRA. Additionally, he enjoyed spending time with his sheltie, Hank. Mark is preceded by in death by his mother, Virginia Lee Donaldson; his father, Tommie Donaldson, Sr.; his brother, Michael Donaldson; and his sister, Rebecca Minnick. Mark is survived by his twin daughters, Charlotte James and Scarlet Hawkins; his brother, Tommie Donaldson, Jr.; his sister, Judith White; four grandchildren, and other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home on Friday, August 17, 2018. Chapel services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Josh Blevins officiating.
