Joan Jolly

Services for Joan Jolly, 89, of Brownfield will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 22, 2022, at Christian Life Church with Nick Rogers officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Joan was born in Rush Spring, Oklahoma on March 26, 1933, to Walter and Cora Vaughn. She loved gardening, canning, crafting ceramics and was always working on craft projects. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church. She loved her grandchildren and spending time with them.

Joan was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Akins and Eddie Bob Jolly; son, Joe Bob Jolly; daughter, Paula Akins Robertson and sons-in-law, Kenneth Taylor and Keith McGrew.

Joan is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Taylor of Brownfield, and Debi McGrew of Brownfield; daughter-in-law, Tricia Jolly; grandsons, Lance Webb and wife Sharlon of Florida, Justin Taylor of Brownfield, and Travis Graves of Abilene; granddaughters, Kenna Salas and husband Abe of Brownfield, Amanda Pebsworth and husband Kent of Wolfforth and Chancy Dunn of Brownfield; 11 greatgrandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
