Consuelo Maria (Guzman) Rojas

Funeral services for Consuelo Maria Rojas (Guzman) were held 2pm Friday, October 11, 2019, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerald Leatham officiating. Burial followed in the Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. There was a rosary held Wednesday, October 9, 2019 starting at 6pm at Brownfield Funeral Home. Consuelo was born on August 6, 1938, in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Angel Navarro and Amada Guzman Navarro. She married Agustin Campos Rojas in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico in 1954. She retired from Taco Express. Consuelo loved her grandkids and family get togethers. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandsons, Elijah Rojas and Jose Agustin Sepeda, daughter, Juanita Rojas, and son Jesus Rojas. Consuelo is survived by her husband, Agustin Campos Rojas; four daughters, Elaine Ortiz and husband, Ramir of Brownfield, Micaela Sepeda and husband, Ernest of Leveland, Josephine Rivera of Brownfield, Frances Casanova of Brownfield; two sons, Ligorio Rojas and wife, Magdalena of Brownfield, Agustin Rojas Jr. of Brownfield; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
