Council members Kelli Mendez, Celso Duran, J.C Tijerna, Leon Pope, Marshall Martell, Mark Williams and Jimmy Garza were all present on the quorum along with City Manager Jeff Davis, Secretary Kelly Burris and Mayor Tom Hesse. The council met to discuss several topics on the agenda, including holding a public hearing for the 20232024 Fiscal Year Budget.
