The grilling games team gets to learn a life skill, all the while competing against their peers. Read moreThe Terry County Board of Commissioners met Monday to discuss several topics on the agenda. The longest discussion revolved around Senate Bill 22. The meeting began with the Commissioners approving the minutes from the previous meetings. The commissioners then moved on to approve the paying of Terry County Bills and a budget adjustment for the District Clerk’s technology fund for monitors and scanners. The Commissioners then listened to monthly reports, which included updates from the STEM program on robotics from Ann Millican. Reid Lovorn also presented a new update for 4-H that includes the addition of a grilling competition team. The commissioners approved the monthly reports. The commissioners approved the district clerk’s jury selection plan, which contained some upgrades that needed improvement. The Commissioners then had to review and consider approving the school funds disbursement District Judge Tony Serbantez elaborated on the school funds disbursement.
