Read moreThe Brownfield Independent School District was recently notified as being a recipient of the 2024-25 Sustainable Residency Continuation Grant. The District said it was an honor to continue the partnership with the Texas Tech University Tech Teach program for sustainable residencies of student teachers. This allows the District to continue to pay student teachers in the district to recruit and develop highly effective educators. BISD will host six student teachers next school year.
